Industrial Services Supervisor

**About the Role**

This is a highly operational role where you will lead a team of Industrial Services Operators to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant services to our clients. You will be responsible for planning and supervising daily work while also participating directly in service delivery when required.

**What you will do**:

- **Coordinate site activities** to meet operational schedules and customer expectations
- **Lead daily pre-starts and toolbox talks** to set the agenda and reinforce safety
- **Operate equipment** such as vacuum trucks, combo units, forklifts, and high-pressure water jetting units
- Perform tasks including **high-pressure water jetting, vacuum loading, drain cleaning, and manual labour**:

- **Approve timesheets and support job pricing** for completed works.
- **Liaise with customers** to ensure satisfaction and plan future work
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of job-related paperwork and reports
- **Supervise subcontractors** and maintain a safe, secure, and well-managed worksite
- **Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures** and all applicable regulations
- Conduct **site safety inspections** and take prompt corrective actions as needed
- Participate in **internal and external audits**:

- Maintain high housekeeping standards and secure site assets
- **Manage documentation** related to safety, compliance, and operational activities
- Identify **operational improvements** that enhance efficiency and job satisfaction
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Identify and support **business growth opportunities** within existing customer accounts

**Who You Are**

You are a confident team leader who is comfortable both supervising and performing operational tasks. You are committed to safety and continuous improvement, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Experience in **industrial services** or a similar **operational environment**:

- Previous experience in a **hands-on labouring** or **field-based role**:

- Demonstrated **leadership ability** and **team coordination skills**:

- A strong understanding of **workplace safety**, **risk management**, and **compliance standards**:

- **HR truck licence** is highly desirable
- Desirable tickets include **High Pressure Water Jetting**, **Working at Heights**, **Confined Space**, **Forklift**, **Skid Steer**, **EWP**, and **White Card**:

- Strong **communication skills** and **customer service mindset**:

- **Integrity**, **reliability**, and a **positive attitude**
