**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels and stock take.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all operations comply with WHS regulations and HACCP guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of food safety practices and staff training.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve service standards.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- **Administration**:

- Prepare and maintain operational reports, including financial performance and staff performance evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a café or similar food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of WHS and HACCP standards.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Barista skills an advantage
- Short order cooking an advantage
- **Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and must have a vehicle as there is no public transport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a defence base clearance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
