**The Role**

The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Management Team. To be successful you will have proven business acumen to drive the commercial outcomes and financial integrity of the business to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives.

You are a qualified financial professional who enjoys the diversity of hands-on activity as part of a small team. You will thrive when working with all operational and strategic levels of the business with experience in financing and development of a manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

- Lead, plan and direct the financial strategy of the business
- Management of the full financial function of the company including statutory reporting, management reporting and the development of operational KPI analysis
- Critical analysis concerning contract terms and financial modelling regarding capital expansion and other opportunities will be required
- Development and implementation of financial systems and internal controls
- Liquidity management and cashflow budgeting/forecasting
- Managing the relationships with banks, tax accountant and other external consultants
- Managing the finance and group administration functions of the business

**You will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership role within the manufacturing industry or the provision of large capital equipment into the mining, infrastructure agriculture or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, process improvement, and supply chain optimization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
