Working as part of the Recovery and RTW Team, this exciting case management role is to pro-actively manage a portfolio of 0 - 55 week claims, provide exceptional customer services to all stakeholders and support injured workers to recover and return to work.

Case Managers in this team work alongside designated specialist roles including a New Employment Specialist, Technical Specialist, Clinical Advisor, Mental Injury Specialist and our Mobile Case Managers, ensuring you and your portfolio of stakeholders are supported.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week once you've completed training.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide early, timely and personal customer focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers who have aged claims.- Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker’s compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelines.- Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.- Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities).

ABOUT YOU- 2 + years experience in workers compensation in Victoria- Outstanding communication skills, you'll be working with people from all walks of life.- Thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others.- Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers.- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
