Exciting and rare opportunity to join our specialised Aviation sector. We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist the Operations Manager in effectively managing and coordinating all training operations at Toll’s very own ACE Training Centre. You will also be an important on-site point of contact for our customers.

The ACE Training Centre is a world class aviation and aeromedical training facility operated by Toll and conducts training for every crew member on board the Toll Ambulance Rescue Helicopter Service. Using high fidelity simulation and virtual reality training devices, it is setting new standards for safety, capability and education with a holistic training approach and integration of technical and non-technical training scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with the client to identify times for training, coordinating and scheduling simulation time and instructors
- Data entry for reporting, online training administration and managing course documentation/administration (both client and Toll related)
- Customer liaison
- Assist in coordinating day to day tasks with ACE instructional staff
- Monitor appropriate key performance indicators (KPI)
- Administer timely issuing of completed qualifications, or statement of attainment, or certificate of attendance upon confirmation of training completion, including tracking all stages until the client has received the certificate
- Conduct thorough and detailed checking and filing of necessary training documentation for the operation and audit of the Training Centre
- Conduct data entry into the Toll Helicopters Student Management System and Safty Management System within a timely manner
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager with ACE-TC daily and weekly schedules to keep them updated
- Assist in managing disruptions to training schedules to support operational rostering requirements

Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels both internal and external to the organisation
- Professional, approachable, customer centric
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly at multiple levels with diverse audiences, both one on one and in groups
