**_ About You_**

At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in the aged care sector is not necessary. What is essential however is that you are resident / customer centric, with the ability to “think on your feet”. With effective communication skills that build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.

In addition, you will also
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).
- Alternatively, have completed 1st year nursing studies and associated placement.
- Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
- Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
- Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company.
- Willingness to come up with safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction and incident reporting.
- As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
