Bowan Bakery is seeking a dedicated **Bakery Assistant** to support our team. With over 36 years of baking tradition, we take pride in crafting high-quality, artisanal bread using the best ingredients and traditional methods.

**The Role**

As a **Bakery Assistant (Full-Time)**, you will:
✔ Assist bakers with mixing, shaping, and baking tasks.
✔ Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean work environment.
✔ Operate and maintain bakery equipment under supervision.
✔ Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
✔ Support the team in maintaining efficiency and quality.
✔ Assist with packing and organising baked goods.

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in this role, you should have:
✔ A passion for baking and a willingness to learn.
✔ Previous bakery or kitchen experience (preferred but not essential).
✔ High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
✔ Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
✔ Availability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
