**The Role**
As a **Baker (Full-Time)**, you will:
✔ Work hands-on in a high-production environment, including mixing, shaping, baking, and finishing.
✔ Assist the Head Baker in improving processes and maintaining efficiency.
✔ Champion safety and quality standards, training, and leading by example.
✔ Collaborate to identify and resolve quality issues swiftly.
✔ Innovate - we want a **sourdough enthusiast** to help us push the boundaries.
✔ Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation standards.
✔ Promptly report equipment malfunctions.
**What We’re Looking For**
To excel in this role, you should have:
✔ **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a high-production bakery, working with sourdough starters and baking.
✔ Formal bakery training (highly regarded).
✔ High energy, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach.
✔ Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
✔ A self-motivated work ethic with a focus on achieving production targets.
✔ Knowledge of HACCP, AQ systems, and OH&S (preferred).
