**QA/QC Lead**

**What you're good at**:

- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of AS/NZS 4801, ISO 9001 & 14001
- Previous experience on building / commercial construction projects desirable

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Work closely with key stakeholders to foster a culture of system compliance and high performance
- Manage the development, maintenance and support of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) to meet operational, legal, client, accreditation and other obligations needs
- Consult with project stakeholders (Subcontractors/suppliers) to identify quality system improvements that support high performance
- Scheduling, monitoring and reporting of internal audits for the project
- Where required, develop lean quality procedures and systems that support project/facility needs
- Work closely with key stakeholders to foster a culture of system compliance and high performance
- Champion the implementation of the project quality system to meet client and Georgiou requirements
- Development of project procedures and ITPs
- Liaison with stakeholders on quality issues. Investigation and causal analysis to prevent recurrence
- Review of supplier and subcontractor QMS for suitability. Undertake audits and surveillance activities
- Use of software systems to support the project QMS
- Coordinate the compilation of project records to meet project handover deliverables
