Position: Café Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (includes weekend shifts)
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the café
- Manage and motivate a team of baristas and kitchen staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Rostering, training and onboarding staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Work closely with the owner to meet business goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Barista experience is a strong advantage
- Full working rights in Australia
