**The role**

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Towers Housekeeping team on a Full-Time basis.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning the bathrooms, changing linen, vacuuming and restocking of amenities.
- Ensure that Crown's polished 5-star standards are on full display and promptly report any maintenance issues during your shift.
- Respect guest privacy and provide joyful customer service experiences.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous Housekeeping experience (4-star and 5-star experience highly advantageous) or commercial cleaning experience.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate within large multicultural teams.
- A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback.

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, must:

- Have flexibility to work around a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays (we provide roster details up to 6 weeks in advance). Provide full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
