The role

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three hotels – Crown Towers, Crown Metropol, and Crown Promenade – offering unique experiences for every guest. We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Hotel Housekeeping teams on a Part-Time basis.

As a Room Attendant, you'll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and meaningful connections guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.

In this role, you'll provide elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning the bedroom and bathroom, changing linen, vacuuming and restocking of amenities.
  • Ensuring Crown's high standards are consistently maintained.
  • Promptly reporting any maintenance issues during your shift.
  • Respecting guest privacy and delivering friendly, professional service.

About you

You'll bring the following:

  • Previous housekeeping experience (4-star or 5-star hotel experience highly regarded) or commercial cleaning experience.
  • Enthusiasm, reliability, and a can-do mindset.
  • Availability to work part-time across a 7-day rotating roster.
  • A strong eye for detail and a willingness to receive and apply feedback.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively within a diverse team.
