About the Role
The successful applicant will provide a range of clinical primary health care services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community in the context of drug and alcohol issues. Inclusive of delivery of specific health care programs, assessing and treating clients, maintaining health care systems, and providing advice and cultural support in order to contribute to better outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. They will operationalise the appropriate National, State and HHS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Strategies, particularly in relation to clients with substance use problems.
