**AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REP YOU WILL...**

Be responsible for increasing the company’s client base through creating leads, prospecting new clients, and linking them with the appropriate salesperson. They will establish a thorough understanding of the industry and sales process to generate engaging discussions armed with well-researched information about target prospects and the organization.

**YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE**:

- High volume cold calling and prospecting
- Follow up prospective customers who indicated interest but did not purchase.
- Assist Business Development Team in achieving the company’s goals and objectives.
- Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Identify active and passive sales pipelines
- Support and contribute to various projects as required.

**Requirements**:
**A LITTLE ABOUT YOU**
- SDR experience working in K-12 Education
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with CRM software
- 2-3 years in sales or customer service
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience working for a SaaS company within the education field
- Positive can do attitude
