Are you ready to brighten smiles and make a positive impact in the dental field? We are currently looking for a highly motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our close-knit team for 10-25 hours per week, with the potential to grow in the future

**Roles and Responsibilities to make smiles sparkle**:

- Setting up the surgery for procedures, including preparing treatment materials and tidying up post-procedure.
- Providing chairside assistance with care and precision, ensuring patient comfort is always the top priority.
- Handling phone calls and patient queries efficiently.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness at our clinic with top-notch infection control and sterilisation practices.
- Ensuring the seamless operation of our practice through efficient administration and stock control.
- Serving as the welcoming face for our patients at reception, handling payments, scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and guiding our patients through their care journey.

**Job Type**: Casual

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Dental assistance: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
