Now is an exciting time to join our T-Brewery. T-Legend are what we call our Store Managers or Customer Service Champions, because it takes a legendary mix of skill to be part of the Brew Crew and shake things up

We believe the difference between good iced tea and great iced tea is in the tea maker.

You will have:

- High levels of enthusiasm and a passion for customer engagement that creates memorable experiences.
- A can-do attitude and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Curiosity for learning and development and growing a career in hospitality/retail
- Flexibility with work hours/rosters.
- The T-legend takes a leadership role, inspiring and mentoring their T-Ristas/staff members to be high-performing and engaged members.
- Experience in a QSR environment are highly desirable but not essential.
- Have the capability to influence the T-Brewery’s sales and results. Proactively looking at ways to increase performance Key Metrics.

**IMPORTANT**:
**Having Previous experience in similar Hospitality business is desirable.**

**Salary**: $56,194.46 - $74,938.18 per year

- Kotara, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
