**Orchard Early Learning Centre** St Ives has an amazing outdoor play area. State of the art design and fantastic staff support. We are located opposite Bridgedine College in St Ives.

We offer great support to our trainees to learn and become skilled and experienced educators.

**The Role**
We will enrol you in a
**Certificate III in Early Education and Care **through our Registered Training Organisation, you will be provided with on-the-job training and support to achieve your Certificate III. Each week you will receive up to 3 hours of dedicated study time.

The traineeship last 1.5 years and during this time you will be working across all age groups at set intervals. You will be working full time 5 days/week, Monday to Friday.

We are flexible when this role starts.

- Demonstration of passion and enthusiasm for working with children
- Completed year 10, 11 or 12
- Is over 18 years or turning 18 years shortly
- Working with Children Check
- A mature mindset
