Business Performance Manager

We are looking for a Business Performance Manager to join us for a 12 Month FTC, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with the business to identify and execute commercial projects. You will also be tasked with documenting the benefits associated with Transformation Program projects and ensuring the consistent management and reporting of Program Office costs.
Key Accountabilities:- Provide financial analysis to guide the Capital Plan and investment decisions.- Offer financial and modeling support for commercial initiatives.- Analyse Aged Care Royal Commission outcomes for legislative opportunities and risks.- Identify and include benefits in project business cases.- Develop efficient benefit-capturing plans and systems.- Identify additional benefit realisation opportunities and maintain a benefits log against the budget.- Manage cost control, prepare financial reports, and ensure consistent presentation to Governance Groups and the Board.
Who are you:
- Qualified CA/CPA, CFA, MBA, AAPI, or similar with a minimum of 5 years of analytical and reporting experience.- 5+ years of financial commercial experience, preferably in a GM role.- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to build dynamic and robust Excel models.- Strong communication skills with demonstrated proficiency in verbal, written, and presentation preparation.- Ability to simplify complex problems into a simple framework.- Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines.- Experience in analysing business processes/systems and developing models to meet specific business requirements.
