**Job Description**:
**Fantastic opportunity, permanent fulltime role with x 5 positions available cross QLD/SA/WA**
Due to exponential growth within the business, Toll Group are seeking Operations Admin staff to ensure administration tasks are carried out in an efficient manner within the Mining Oil and Gas division. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will undertake weekly duties including (but not limited) to administrative and data entry duties, timesheet and payroll management, invoice and purchase order management.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in upholding our administration standards, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods and services to our valued clients. This role offers ongoing opportunities to further develop your skills, with genuine career development pathways available.
As the Operations Admin, you will:
- Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner
- Maintain electronic information, data entry including but not limited to CSR’s and Unibis, generate reports and enter manifests into the system.
- Oversee the end-to-end invoice and purchase order process, including verification, processing, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Assist the operations manager with a wide range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, data analysis, report generation, and scheduling.
- Ensure all paperwork including contractor invoices and employee timesheets are finalised and submitted for processing on time at the end of each day.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar position within the transport/logistics industry is highly regarded
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management and analytical skills
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- Intermediate computer skills with particularly strong focus on excel skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships
