**The Role**

The opportunity exists for an accomplished and passionate Store Manager to play a pivotal role in leading a successful team to even greater heights. How, you might ask? By being a visionary leader who inspires staff to take pride in all they undertake, through effectively communicating directives from head office, upholding the highest possible store standards and forging a company culture like no other. Retail will run in your DNA, after all a Retailer is not something you become, it is something that you are.
- Proven leadership of at least two years as a Store Manager
- The ability to influence and lead Team Members
- Leads from the front and gets involved with Team Members and Customers
- A love, and I mean REALLY love working in a fast paced environment
- The ability to adapt to change and react quickly if something just is not working
- An intense dislike of people who prefer to sit in the back office instead of being on their feet
