We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Service Manager to lead our vibrant community hub that supports people with disabilities to live, learn, and thrive At Endeavour Foundation's Alexandra Hills Learning & Lifestyle Centre, we deliver innovative and engaging programs designed to empower participants to achieve their goals and live independently.

**Make an impact**
As the Service Manager, you will oversee a thriving Learning & Lifestyle Centre offering dynamic day programs and community access services for approximately 40 participants. Our programs include a mix of fitness activities, creative arts, skill development, and community engagement tailored to align with individual NDIS goals.

You'll lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring high-quality person-centred service delivery while fostering growth and innovation. Your role will focus on maintaining operational excellence, supporting staff development, and championing the rights and aspirations of participants.

Key Responsibilities
- **Program Leadership**: Oversee day programs such as Zumba, Auslan classes, music trivia, café work experience, and creative writing. Ensure each activity aligns with participants' goals, promotes engagement, and enhances skills.
- **Team Management**: Inspire, manage, and support a high-performing team to deliver exceptional services.
- **Customer-Centric Focus**: Advocate for participants’ human rights and ensure services are person-centred and meet individual needs.
- **Operational Excellence**: Maintain a well-run centre by overseeing schedules, training staff, and ensuring compliance with NDIS and WHS standards.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage site budgets, funding, and billing while identifying growth opportunities for programs and services.
- **Community Engagement**: Promote Endeavour Foundation's services as a positive brand ambassador and build relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.

**What you can bring to the team**
You’re an experienced leader with a strong background in the disability or community services sector. You excel in building relationships, solving problems, and driving outcomes that align with organisational values and customer goals. You bring a mature and vibrant personality with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse team and participant group.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is essential.
- Experience with successfully managing site-based services within a related industry, such as the Disability Sector, and experience within Community services support for people with a disability.
- A dynamic and engaging personality that fosters a positive and energetic environment to inspire and energise both staff and participants.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, disability services provision and NDIS.
- Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and lead through adversity.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a **Working with Children Check** (Blue Card), **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (Yellow Card), **National Criminal History Check** (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
