**About the Role**
- Plans, implements and evaluates the dietetic and nutrition service to patients and carers in assigned areas
- Accurately documents evidence-based patient assessment and management in a timely manner according to department protocols
- Develops, evaluates and updates dietary education resources
- Participates in approved research and/or quality improvement projects
- Identifies and uses community resources appropriately
- Develops protocols and procedures according to evidence-based practice
- Provides in-service training/education for nursing, catering and medical staff as required
- Supervises, instructs and evaluates students in approved clinical teaching programs

**About you**
- Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Food Science) plus post-graduate Dietetic Degree or equivalent qualification
- Current membership with the Dietitians Australia with Accredited Practicing Dietitian status
- Demonstrated understanding of the relevant accreditation framework and commitment to quality improvement

**Remuneration: $36.36 -$53.41 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances**
