**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in banking by undertaking a Traineeship as a Customer Service Officer.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is for the Community Banks across the Fleurieu region, and will be spent working across the branch at **Community Bank Goolwa** with every Wednesday at the **Victor Harbor** branch. The role is a **full time 12 month, fixed term contract** **, with the potential to turn into longer term employment after the 12 month traineeship has been completed.**

The Fleurieu has an abundance of local shops, schools, public transport, and is a flourishing community with opportunity for all. Our Fleurieu team has four branches at Aldinga Beach, Willunga, Victor Harbor and Goolwa and a presence on the Main Street of McLaren Vale.

You:
- Can quickly learn new systems and processes
- Confidently talk to customers face to face and over the telephone
- Are eager to learn and share with others what makes our bank different
- Hold a strong desire to find solutions that truly meet customer needs
- Have experience in the customer service - this is a plus but certainly not essential, we understand that you may be starting out in your professional career
