**The Opportunity**
As Investment Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for data analysis, data entry of client investment transactions, client portfolio performance reporting and portfolio reconciliations for data integrity purposes. You will also be responsible for the establishment of all new client accounts and the maintenance of client information changes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform daily cash transaction analysis and periodical portfolio reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy of underlying data for performance reporting
- Perform data entry of investment transactions and reconcile correct positions for out of custody assets held by clients
- Establish new client accounts on all systems managed by Investment & Cash Operations team
- Maintain systems with client information changes, consolidated portfolio groups and report settings for performance, asset allocation and benchmarks
- Perform client specific reporting for investment reporting clients and model portfolios
- Point of contact for portfolio performance enquiries

**About You**

You are a process-oriented person and take pride in paying attention to detail. You can pick up discrepancies that others might miss and are not satisfied until all the boxes are ticked.

You have:

- Investment operations experience, from either a custodian or financial services provider (minimum 2 years)
- Finance related degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential
- Understanding of investment performance concepts as they relate to the wealth management industry
- Experience and knowledge of Praemium platform is ideal
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are positive, self-motivated, and highly service orientated with a willingness to learn and support team members
