Previous work experience in baking is not required to be successful

This is fulltime work, meaning you will be working 38 hours weekly. We may not be able to fully accommodate individuals with set days they are unavailable or specific shifts they can not attend. Shifts start as early as 12am and as late as 6am. The nature of this employment will grant you a qualification upon completion, meaning you will be trained through TAFE and competent in each area of the baking process.

It is advised that applicants are comfortable working around hot ovens and louder noises that include beeping timers.
- Ensure quantity and quality of ingredients through regular checks and assistance with stock control.
- Ensure correct consistency, quality and appearance of product by adhering to production schedules, complying with the recipes, monitoring of ovens and measuring, mixing, kneading and moulding dough.
- Assisting with maintenance of bakery presentation by ensuring, racks, floors and general production area is clean and tidy.
- Co-operate with team members in an acceptable and professional manner to ensure bakery goals are achieved

**Salary**: $38,500.00 - $62,000.00 per year
