**About the role**

Join the dynamic team at **Quest Apartments Hotel Penrith** as a **Business Development Executive**. This full-time role is based in **Penrith NSW 2750** and will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to support integrated campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local hospitality market and industry trends

**What we're looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the hospitality or accommodation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, securing and retaining new business
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ambitious, driven and results-oriented with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable
