**How will I help?**

The Mortgage Operations team are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join their expanding team, delivering outstanding customer service to building loans customers. We want you to bring your experience and skills and transfer that into our team's success and the company's vision of delivering exceptional service.

As a Mortgage Operations Team Member, your role will entail:

- Taking inbound calls, providing support and guidance to our stakeholders and customers.
- Assisting internal and external stakeholders with loan documentation and verification.
- Ensuring all the documents have been correctly executed and there are no discrepancies.
- Payment calculations

**What do I need?**

To excel in this role, the following experience is required:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience dealing with customers over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Adherence to regulations
- Experience in a similar role within the banking or financial industry (desirable).
