Sheetmetal (Busbar Fitter)

**SHEETMETAL (Busbar Fitter) - Full Time position**

**Tasks include**:

- Fabrication and installation of busbars for Electrical Switchboards
- Trouble shoot and resolve any busbar fitting issues
- Assembly and fit out of modular enclosures, and painted Sheetmetal panels
- Carry out checks after busbar installation, assembly and fit out to ensure quality and a high standard. Where necessary carry out repairs and correct errors
- Packaging for transportation to site
- Carry out other Sheetmetal tasks in the workshop assigned by Supervisor
- General maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment in the workshop

**Key Requirements**:

- Trade Certificate or equivalent 3-5 years of work experience as a Busbar fitter in Switchboard manufacturing
- Must have experience with copper work
- Working knowledge of busbar installation techniques, safety protocols, and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Good communication skills and team work

Salary Package: From $75,515 to $80,000 /year

Pay: $76,515.00 - $80,000.00 per year
