**About the role**
As a **Business Services Officer** with **TAFE SA**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Service Delivery and Assurance Team, along with the broader ICT Services Workgroup. You will coordinate and deliver a variety of administrative services, focusing on purchasing, contracts, and finance-related processes to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves managing requests for travel, accommodation, professional development, and office supplies, as well as handling the purchasing and financial administration required to support ICT services. Additionally, you will oversee the administration and management of mobile devices and services across all TAFE SA business units, ensuring these resources are effectively maintained and aligned with operational needs.

**Special Conditions**
- Out of hours work will be required
- Some intrastate/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
- Eligibility to work in Australia
