**ABOUT US**

The SILK network has 135 clinics across Australia (& growing). Established for over 13 years, our clinics have built an amazing culture founded on education, support and teamwork. Our company is in a period of hyper-growth, and we are seeking a **Clinic Manager** to lead our **NORTHBRIDGE team.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The role focuses primarily on working closely with your team of Therapists and Cosmetic Injectors to achieve financial targets for the business, as well as general running of the clinic. If you have a Beauty background this is an advantage, however not essential. Please note that this is cover for our Manager, who will be on 12 month Maternity Leave.**

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Strong background in sales and meeting KPI’s.
- Experience with managing staff, setting goals and motivating sales.
- Ability to offer a high level of customer service / retail sales to a large volume of clients.
- Self-motivated with a warm and friendly approach.
- Ability to foster a positive, vibrant, healthy culture in the clinic.
- Have great leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Ideally you will have operated programs such as shortcuts or gumnuts - a high level of computer and administrative skills are required.
- An interest in the Beauty industry.

**HOURS**:

- 12 Months Contract - Full time, 38 hours per week.
- Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays.

**PAY RATES**:Offering between $30-$33 per hour (plus superannuation) and be entitled to an incentive program, including bonus structures to maximising your earning potential

**LOCATION**:Shop 1/177 Sailors Bay Road, Northbridge NSW 2063.
