**About the Company**

**About the Role**

The Data Analyst provides data analysis and evaluation expertise at a department level, as well as high level strategic, evidence-based advice to support an ongoing project.

**Responsibilities**
- Extracting and processing from various data sources
- Reviewing and revising data requirements
- Identifying, investigating, addressing and documenting issues of data quality and quantity
- Undertaking analysis of data to ascertain its accuracy
- Designing, developing, testing and implementing improvement strategies for existing and new report processes
- Providing regular reports as well as prompt responses to ad hoc requests for data/information
- Providing advice on improvement strategies for data analysis and collection
- Supporting colleagues and stakeholders with regards to data analysis issues.

**Skills & Experience**
- MS Excel (advanced)
- Generating reports from ticketing software (Jira, ZenDesk or similar)
