**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Guest Service Agent on a full-time basis at Oaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites. The moment a guest steps into our hotel you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence.

**Salary**: $53,638.00 per year + Super + Company Benefits

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide an outstanding guest welcoming experience
- Maintain professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
- Available to work shifts between Monday to Sunday
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills

**Qualifications**:
**Study for free and receive $1000**

Oaks Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work with us.
- Receive a nationally recognised certificate
- Attend training during work hours
- Network with team members across hotels
- On completion, you will receive $1000 AUD

Previous experience working in hospitality, providing customer service and guest services is advantageous.
