To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a **SGP Electrical and Comms Project Lead** to join our team.

**The Role**:Reporting to the** **Project Manager Surat on Plot,** the purpose of the role is to lead a team to execute and deliver Power, Telecommunications and Process Automation Systems Projects at Arrow, ensuring quality and fit-for-purpose assets, infrastructure and facilities which enable production to meet commercial requirements, safely and within budget.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

**In addition, you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Lead Power, Telecommunications and Process Automation Systems project execution contracts in the Surat Basin through approved Arrow processes and systems.
- Prepare development planning and capital budgets for these projects development activities through engagement with key internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and review relevant documentation to support reviews in order to receive shareholder and government endorsement for these projects’ execution in the Surat, including future developments and Operations projects Process SAP actions for all logistics related transactions and monitor spend against budget.
- Accountable for the interface between these projects’ teams and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Projects are delivered in alignment with regulatory requirements and relevant technical standards.

**About You**

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- Graduate degree in relevant discipline.
- Experienced in Project Management or related technical field required or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a background including Power, Telecommunications and Process Automation
- Deep project management experience, ideally in software and larger scale digital transformation, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs on time and meeting all objectives.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
