Based in Sydney, this full-time role offers the chance to make a real impact in a space where technology, regulation, and strategy intersect. **What do I need?** We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for tech risk. Here’s what’ll set you up for success: - Deep experience in technology assurance or audit, particularly across cyber security, information security, and business continuity risks. You understand how these risks play out in real-world systems and controls. - Strong knowledge of Prudential Standards, especially CPS 230, and the ability to interpret regulatory obligations into actionable assurance activities. - Proven ability to assess control design and effectiveness, including manual and automated controls, IT general controls, and system interfaces—you're comfortable testing and challenging what’s in place. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, insightful reports and influence stakeholders at all levels—technical and non-technical alike. - A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively, build trust, and drive meaningful change across diverse teams and business units. **Why join the Team?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
