**Create your best future and join Westpac as a Manager, Prudential Assurance - Regulatory Returns** - Permanent, Full-time opportunity - Sydney based - Hybrid working model **What’s the role?** As a Manager in the 2nd Line Prudential Assurance team, you will work with stakeholders across all Westpac Divisions and Lines of Business, key business partners including Group Audit, external audit, Divisional Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and other 2nd Line teams. You will be responsible for the delivery of 2nd Line Prudential Assurance reviews over Westpac Prudential Standards and Reporting Standards in accordance with the annual plan and generate key risk insights on the effective design and operation of controls to meet our Prudential obligations to APRA. **What do I need?** - Substantial experience with regulatory returns. - Ability to interpret Prudential obligation requirements - Strong critical thinking and voice of risk in independent review and challenges - Strong stakeholder management skills - Strong problem solving and time management skills **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
