**The role**

Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, the Cyber Security & Privacy Consultant will be responsible for driving the program that our computer systems & networks.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ongoing enhancement of our Information Security Policy (ISP)
- Collaborate with the IT & other departments to implement security best practices.
- Attaining certification against ISO27001:2022
- Managing annual audits and vulnerability tests
- Fielding customer-initiated security questions and audits
- Facilitating the business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response processes.
- Bachelor's degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven, demonstrated experience in a similar role - (ideally within a SAAS or IT company)
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, ISM, NIST or PCI-DSS
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to calmly assess situations and negotiate appropriate action plans and policies appropriate to the risk levels and requirements.
