**Position**:
The Logistics Supervisor will report to the Finance and Operations Manager and supervise a team of 4 to deliver logistics operational efficiency and excellence in business partnering through effective communication, problem-solving and team management.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Logistics**
- To ensure the receipt, storage and shipping of our goods are performed efficiently on a daily basis
- To ensure monthly, half yearly and yearly stocktake are performed.
- To monitor the orders and shipments so as to control the on-time delivery.
- To ensure customs clearance are smooth without delays.
- Setting and reviewing KPIs with key supplier (ie outsourced warehouse facility, freight forwarder, courier company, stationary providers for packaging related material), and ensure cost efficiency in Logistics (ie outbound and inbound freight management).
- Signing off freight invoices and ensuring correct charges are charged to correct brand cost centre.

**Customer Care**
- To ensure a satisfactory customer service level including order & return processing, answering enquiries, help with complains, and following up.
- To ensure administrative efficiency and accuracy
- To monitor CITES cycle to ensure CITES availability upon shipment.

**Compliance and Internal Control**
- Organise with the team to maintain and update the procedure guides.
- To ensure inventory movement, return goods are properly signed off on the relevant forms.
- To ensure no inventory variances occur. If there are any such variances, to ensure they are properly explained and documented.

**Team management**
- Ensure the continuity and efficient operation of the Logistics and CCT department.
- To be proactive in process/efficiency improvement

**Profile**:

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

- Tertiary qualification in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and/or operations.
- Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus.
- Excellence in people management.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with a keen eye for details.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with SAP is a plus
