**Are you a performance marketing pro ready to own the numbers and elevate a high-growth eComm brand?**
Beginning Boutique is seeking a _Digital Marketing Specialist_ to execute and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with precision, pace, and ROI obsession. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the data, makes confident calls based on results, and knows how to make customers click “Add to Cart.”

You’ll sit at the engine of our growth strategy — managing Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid media platforms — while driving revenue and improving campaign ROI across AU, US, and NZ markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and optimize Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest ads daily.
- Crush KPIs across ROAS, MER, CPA, and CVR — with no excuses.
- Run A/B tests to improve copy, creatives, and landing page performance.
- Partner with Creative to ensure assets hit the mark for engagement and conversion.
- Report what matters: deliver clear insights and performance recommendations.
- Keep us future-ready by trialling new tools, strategies, and automation techniques.
- Support a Digital Marketing Coordinator — no fluff, just execution guidance.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re not just “interested” in digital marketing — you _live_ in Ads Manager and GA4. You know how to dissect data, scale what works, and kill what doesn’t. You’ve probably worked in eCommerce or retail, and you understand how to convert browsers into buyers at scale.

**You bring**:

- 3-5 years in performance marketing across Google & Meta (TikTok a bonus).
- Mastery of GA4, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools.
- A bias for action. You take ownership, follow through, and deliver outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset — you know how to get the best out of a creative team.
- Strong commercial instincts: you don’t just want reach, you want revenue.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
