**Description**:
At Asset Management Advisor level your role will include but not be limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with colleagues to provide outstanding quantity surveying services that meet client needs and align with MBM’s quality standards.
- Cost Management: Oversee cost planning, estimation, and ongoing cost management for a variety of property and infrastructure projects.
- Detailed Reporting: Prepare accurate cost reports, tender documentation, and financial analyses to support decision-making and project delivery.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved outcomes.
- Expert Advisory: Provide strategic advice on procurement strategies, contractual matters, and risk management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and MBM’s internal policies.

Qualifications and Skills
**Essential**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working as a client-side Asset Management Advisor in Australia.
- **Project Delivery**: Demonstrated experience providing full project services for major property and infrastructure projects.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of CostX and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- **Accreditation**: Accreditation with an industry body such as FMA, IFMA, IAM, IPWEA, RICS, or AIQS.
- **Communication Skills**: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Advanced analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills.
