**About the role**

We currently have a demand for Support Workers who can speak Macedonian, Greek, or Italian.

Do you want to make a difference to people's lives? Do you love working with the older community or those living with a disability? Do you want a flexible work schedule that fits with other priorities in your life?

We are looking to build a team with a variety of Support Workers who are able to work on a casual basis for aged care and disability clients located in the Melbourne area and surrounding suburbs.

**Duties & responsibilities**
We are seeking Support Workers who will:

- Provide companionship and promote independence in the lives of aged care and disability clients.
- Work one on one with an aged care or disability client, focusing on their individual needs and happiness.
- Be flexible & available to travel to clients as required.
- Enabling the client to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible.
