**Key responsibilities - Customer Success Specialist**
- In this Customer Success Specialist job, you can expect the following tasks, but not limited to:_
- Own the post-sale relationship with the customer
- nurture and grow the relationships they have built with their existing and rapidly growing customer base.
- Understand and implement the key value outcomes your customers are looking to achieve
- Build meaningful relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders in the customers business
- Work closely with product, solutions and implementation team to identify key areas for customer growth
- Set the team up for success at the renewal stage
- Suggest any process improvements, product development and customer success ideas

There will be thorough training initially to ensure you are comfortable and successful when you start supporting your own clients.

**Job requirements - Customer Success Specialist**
- Educated to degree level
- A real passion to join a startup If you're new to this all, we're here to help you understand life at a startup
- Any previous experience in the property/construction/project management industry is a bonus but not essential
- Fantastic communication skills, both written & verbal
- Team player who is result-oriented
- Ability to build rapport easily with a genuine curiosity in client's business
- Entrepreneurial flair
