**What you’ll be working on**

Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a passion for ensuring the well-being of employees? As a Workers Compensation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the workers' compensation administrative process, ensuring the smooth and efficient resolution of claims while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. FedEx is a self-insured licensee in the ‘Comcare’ scheme, and this is a key role in our small, passionate claims management team
- Maintain detailed and organized records of workers' compensation claims
- Work closely with colleagues and the business to ensure benefits are paid correctly and documentation is correctly maintained.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
- Analyse data to identify trends and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, Legal, and Safety, to facilitate communication and streamline processes
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of workers' compensation processes

- Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
