We focus on all aspects of our client's needs, including the physical, emotional, spiritual and social to promote wellness. Our highly respected company was established in 1999 to provide quality home based, person-centred services that emphasise client autonomy in decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

Our clients request experienced **female** support workers in the Braddon area to assist achieve their goals, maximise their potential for independence and live their best lives within her community. Split shifts are required for these client, daily duties will differ depending on the specific needs of the clients.

Duties may include however are not limited to:

- Personal care; assist with showering, toileting and personal hygiene
- Clinical care, bowel care, catheter care, colostomy bag.
- Manual handling; use of equipment to support mobility such as hoists and two person transfers
- Domestic duties
- Community access

**Essential criteria**:

- Minimum 1 year experience
- An understanding of spinal injury
- NDIS Worker screening check, Working with Vulnerable People Check and First Aid Certificate
- Working rights in Australia

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Ability and willingness to work a split shift roster

Pay: $33.80 - $59.15 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Support work and clinical care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker screening check (preferred)
- National Police Check (preferred)
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
