Opened in Nov 2019 we are a non-quarantine hotel that remained open throughout the lockdowns.

The hotel is a Franchise of Accor Hotels - the largest hotel chain in the world.

Located in the heart of vibrant Moonee Ponds the hotel consists of 97 apartment style rooms, small event space and large bar/restaurant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing our guests with a positive 'Customer Journey'
- Take incoming accommodation and restaurant enquiries.
- Accurate inputting of reservations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving outstanding issues to ensure repeat business
- Develop and maintain guest/client relationships
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Providing our guests with a positive 'Customer Journey'
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster based on the needs of the business

This role is suited to someone currently working as a Guest Services Agent looking for a more diverse role and the opportunity to learn new skills.

Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
