**What does a day as a Facilitator look like?**
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver world class, transformational programs
- Help people understand how the brain functions, and its limitations, and unlock the brain’s potential in order to create an enriched and thriving culture at work, and in life
- Share your passion for neuroscience, wellbeing, safety culture transformation, and leadership development (with a good dose of humour)
- Communicate your observations and insights to the team
- Have a debrief and a laugh over dinner with your colleague

**Essential qualifications, skills and experience you will bring**:

- 2-3 years in group Facilitation
- A love of travel. Regular travel is a core part of the role, and as a Facilitator you will travel regionally, nationally, and internationally to deliver our services. This is a high travel role and includes occasional weekend travel/work. Appox 12 days across the month.
- An adaptable, client centric, and can-do attitude
- Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 due to travel and client requirements

**Desirable qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in Psychology, or similar relevant qualification (e.g. coaching, leadership development, adult education/training, safety)
