**About this role**:
**Key responsibilities**
- Lead the design narrative and a small team to work collaboratively to deliver interiors projects across all stages
- Follow up on leads and prepare design pitches accordingly
- Strong communication skills to negotiate and consult with clients, consultants and suppliers
- Collaborating with the team throughout the design process and working autonomously on projects

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent design awareness and ability
- Business development capabilities
- Operating at a level of circa 10+ years experience
- Experience working in a Revit environment
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality or multi-residential design
- Excellent communication skills, able to present to clients
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
