The People, Property and Security team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Comcare and enabling the organisation to respond effectively to current and future business needs, through strategic and effective frameworks, advice and processes. The team consists of the following sections: Work Health and Safety, Performance and Employee Relations, Human Resources Information Systems, Workforce Strategy, Capability, Security and Property.
As the Assistant Director you will utilise your skills and experience in this role, and lead a team responsible for developing, implementing, reviewing, and evaluating Comcare’s capability initiatives. This includes partnering with the organisation to understand capability gaps, designing, and procuring contemporary solutions and driving change to enable an inclusive, sustainable, and high-performing workforce. The position will also contribute to continuous improvement, oversee Comcare’s Graduate Program and support HR strategy, policy development and review.
