**About the role**
The Assistant Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring technical, stakeholder and training support and supervision of our technicians and installers. Your duties would include:

- Ensuring that all field service work is carried out in an efficient and effective manner within 24 hours and in accordance with the relevant authorities.
- Maintaining regular contact with the branch’s technicians ensuring that all service work is carried out according to established ISO9001 policies, procedures and standards.
- Providing quotations of major types of installation work for our range of products.
- Ensuring that all field staff are sufficiently trained in being able to install and service all products that fall within their trade licence qualifications.
- Providing support and liaises with the Service Agents including regular visits for product training and quality checks in designated regional areas.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable. You will also have:

- Trade qualification in Plumbing, Electrical or Gas Fitting/Servicing.
- Current drivers licence with the ability to drive manual
- Experienced in leading and influencing a team
- Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
