You are supported as you find your way in car sales. Taking direction from the Sales Manager you will be introduced to all facets of the car sales customer journey. You will support the sales team in performing the sales process and develop your care and sales knowledge during your traineeship. You will ‘Meet and greet’ all customers as they come to the dealership, ensuring a warm and professional first impression, notify the appropriate person, and offer refreshments. This is all an important part of the "customer for life" experience this dealership is proud of. A big part of this role will be customer follow up as you gather your knowledge and prepare for moving into a sales consultant role. Proactively maintaining and developing customer relationships and supporting purchasers with their after purchase care. You will work with a number of departments within the dealership including (but not limited to): the Dealer Principal, General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultants, finance, manufacturer representatives, Aftermarket Sales Consultant and more. This role involves a high level of customer contact. With remuneration guided by the award, you have the ability to drive your income by driving your results.
