**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our feeding team is based on site to ensure all mixed rations are nutritionally balanced to ensure optimal dietary requirements are met and are dispersed throughout our feedlot in a timely manner.

This key role will be responsible for:

- Feed batching and delivery, vehicle and loader operations in a feedlot/ feedmill setting.
- Ensuring our feed rations are dispersed throughout our feedlot in a timely manner.
- Ensuring daily feeding tasks are executed in a timely and safe manner to meet daily production and quality targets.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are focused on working safely.
- You demonstrate experience in feed production, milling position or feed batching (or similar).
- You’re mechanically minded with the ability to problem solve on the fly.
- Ideally, you have experience with modern feeding machinery, equipment, loaders, trucks and other heavy equipment.
- On the job training will be provided to successful applicants with a can-do will-do attitude.
